Tuition Payments

  • Due to technical issues with our tuition payment plan provider, the current payment deadline is extended to Monday, August 11—no drops for non-payment will happen on Tuesday, August 5. You can still check your balance, make payments, and enroll via MyCollege.

Student Email

Email Scam Alert

  • Emails (often from Gmail) may say “Your account will be terminated” and link to forms asking for login or bank info. Don’t click! If you did, change your password and report it to the ITS Service Desk immediately.
  • Reminder: The College will never ask for your username, password, or banking information via email or text message.

Change Your Password

  • For improved security, all students are required to change their password yearly. Failure to do so will prevent you from accessing Central Piedmont systems such as Brightspace, MyCollege, and email. Check your inbox for more details and visit the Account Management Portal to change your password.

Microsoft Authenticator

  • All Central Piedmont users will be required to use Microsoft Authenticator to access their accounts instead of Duo Mobile, starting May 15, 2025.
  • If you need help, visit Setting Up Microsoft Authenticator or contact the Service Desk via the Client Portal.
